756 Tire and Service Centers for National Tire and Battery, Tire Kingdom, and Merchant's Tire were completely reimaged to what was dubbed the "Store of the Future." Construction and installation was a coordinated effort between 5 general contractors, IT teams, displays manufacturing and shipping, other FF&E, as well as a myriad of other internal and external teams. I program managed and orchestrated logistics schedules, contractor schedules, and troubleshooting all hurdles along the way. The work for the rollout was completed in three months while the stores remained operable. Design, planning, manufacturing, and procurement took roughly a year. The project was completed on schedule and 1/2 Million under budget. 

In addition to program managing the rollout, I also directed a team of designers to plan each of the 756 unique floorplans to accommodate the new design and displays. For the unique facilities to have a unified image the conceptual design marketing's advertising and re-imaging firm created had to be value-engineered. I spearheaded the initiative with Darko, Inc. to create displays that could be adapted to floorplans of various scales, easy to install, easy to change replace as marketing changes, and more cost-effective to manufacture and ship.
