Big O Tires Chalk Rendering_edited.jpg

Below are a few of the many projects I have worked on for Big O Tires across the nation. Some of the project types I have worked on were prototype development, custom facility design, remodels, conversions, adaptive reuse, site development, brand compliance, display creation, design concepts, test-fits, and much more. I have had the privilege of working with and assisting many Big O Tires Franchisees design and optimize their automotive facilities across the country.

The Big O Tires in Providence, UT was a greenfield site development project. The franchisee wanted a shop to meet the specific needs of the region. He wanted a modern design that was still cohesive with the surrounding area.

The Big O Tires in Warrensburg, MO was an adaptive reuse project. The challenge was converting a former Aldi grocery store into an automotive sales and service facility with an attached retail automotive parts store.

The Big O Tires in Tucson, AZ was an adaptation of my prototype design. The real estate developer wanted the entrance element to be visible from each street. Wilkus Architects provided the construction documents and site adaptation.
