BMW of Tucson

The 40,917sf BMW Automotive Dealership and Service facility in Tucson, AZ, was renovated to meet BMW's image requirements inside and out. The exterior consisted of de-cladding the exterior finishes and re-cladding it with BMW's specified finish. Interior work included a new layout, finishes, and storefront. I managed the project from pre-construction through permitting/entitlements, bidding, construction, and turnover. The scope of work included phasing and moving some teams of associates into trailers to operate the business during construction.
